This is education, not advice
The information here is written for the general reader and does not replace a personal medical consultation. It cannot tell you what is happening in your own face, whether treatment is appropriate for you, or how your skin will look in ten years either way.
Change at this age is slow, and slow is hard to judge
The changes described on this site happen over years, which means a single appointment cannot measure them and neither can a mirror on a particular morning. Judging whether a plan is doing anything requires standardised photographs and a comparison over time.
Everything here is temporary, and nothing is promised
Treatments that relax a muscle wear off, and volume that is added is gradually absorbed. Nothing on this site prevents a change from happening later, no outcome can be promised, and a plan that is reviewed honestly will often get smaller rather than larger.
Doing nothing is a legitimate decision
An assessment that concludes nothing should be done yet is a complete and correct outcome at this age, not a missed opportunity. Leaving a face alone until it gives you a reason is a decision with a review date attached, not a failure to decide.
